Job Description

Intersynthesis is searching for a highly motivated, dynamic and Internet-savvy sales professional to join our tribe and bring in new business.  This results-driven overachiever must be well connected and possess strong consultative skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients.  This strategic and independent go-getter will need to understand a prospective client’s business objectives and be able to articulate a multi-channel interactive strategy that delivers what the client needs.  If you love to generate and qualify leads, talk with prospects, deliver presentations, write proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close mutually beneficial deals that maximize revenue, we want to hear from you!

Intersynthesis offers a unique opportunity to work with a groundbreaking new company leading the convergence of three paradigm shifts underway in the marketing and advertising industry: interactive channel integration, pay for performance, and social responsibility.  We are independently owned, with the freedom to be creative, agile, responsive and effective.  Consistent with our pay for performance philosophy and business model, this is a 100% commissionable independent contract position, which means your income potential is unlimited, you can set your own hours, and you can work from home!

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and engage prospects to qualify and learn about their marketing needs
  • Educate potential clients about Intersynthesis services and value proposition
  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals tailored to prospects’ needs
  • Forecast sales activity in CRM tool
  • Work with a monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota
  • Grow knowledge of Intersynthesis offerings and associated channels and technologies
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience selling advertising, marketing or agency services
  • Track record of over achieving quota in past positions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales methodology training preferred
  • Interactive experience required, multi-channel experience preferred
  • Strong application skills including Salesforce.com or SugarCRM, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
